A newly discovered 3mm snail species from Thailand, named Anauchen picasso, has shell whorls that resemble cubist art.

The snail is one of 46 new microsnail species found across Southeast Asia or identified from past collections.

Despite their tiny size, their shells are remarkably complex, featuring tooth-like barriers and unusual openings to confuse predators.
