How to renew if your subscription has not yet expired
- Log in here with your email address and password
- Select the ‘View your subscriptions’ within your account
- If a renewal date is shown, your subscription will renew on that date
- If an end date is shown, your subscription will end on that date and not renew
- To start this renewal click the yellow button ‘Enable auto-renewal on this subscription’
You can enable or disable the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time as well as remove or add credit card details at any time. If you do not wish to renew online simply contact us and we will be happy to help you with your renewal.
How to renew if your subscription has already expired
- Log in here with your email address and password
- Select the ‘View your subscriptions’ within your account
- Select the button ‘Reactivate’
How to manage future renewals:
You can enable or disable the auto-renewal of your subscription at any time within your online account by selecting to ‘View your subscriptions’.
- If you would like to disable subscription renewal, select the yellow button ‘Stop renewal on this subscription’.
- If you would like to enable subscription renewal, select the yellow button’Enable auto-renewal on this subscription
If you cannot see the yellow button that corresponds to your request, then please contact us.
You can also remove or add credit card details at any time.
How to activate your online account to manage your renewal:
If you have not activated your online account you will need to your subscriber ID and postcode. You can find your subscriber ID on any letters you have received from us, or simply contact us and we can help you.

FAQs
My subscription has already expired, will I receive the magazines that I have missed?
No, unfortunately, you wont receive the issues that you have missed. You can receive them if you would like to, please contact us.
I have entered my postcode to activate my subscription, why isn’t it being accepted?
Your account may already be activated. Please try resetting your password here. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and our subscriptions team will assist you.
What payment methods are supported?
We accept payment via credit card only online. If you would like to discuss any other method of payment (BPAY, Direct Deposit or cheque), please contact us.
Is my credit card information secure?
Yes, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption to meet all PCI-DSS requirements. For further information please view our privacy policy.
Why are my credit card details visible in my account?
We want you to have full control of your account details. The credit card details within your online account offer only a partial view of your credit card numbers to keep your information safe. You can remove these from your account at any time.
Do you use auto-renewal by default?
We don’t use auto-renewal by default but we do allow you to select and deselect the auto-renewal within your online account at any time.
How do I update my details?
