The solar eclipse as seen from an aircraft window at 14,000m

This great time-lapse via Twisted Sifter shows the shadow of the moon during the total solar eclipse on 20 March, 2015. This is the view as seen from the stratosphere, in a plane flying along the umbral path. The plane was flying at an altitude of 14,000 metres at a speed of 950 kph. The video was captured by Sylvain Chapeland.
