Do I need a subscription to view Cosmos Magazine content?

No, we offer a range of free content and you can also view up to three of our premium articles per month (grey padlock) without needing a subscription. If you wish to read unlimited articles or our exclusive content (blue padlock), you can subscribe here.

How much is a digital subscription?

A digital subscription is $25AUD and lasts for 12 months – this works out to just over $2 per month. Take a look at all of our subscription information here. Cosmos is automatically converted to currencies other than AUD. Please contact us if you have questions regarding currency.

What's included with a digital subscription?

Digital subscribers gain unlimited access to the Cosmos Magazine website, including: Digital replicas of all our print magazines from issue one, premium and exclusive content, discounts, events and competitions as well as everything in the print magazine and more on any device or computer.

I have a digital subscription but I am being asked to subscribe?

Please ensure that you are logged into your account via the 'log in' button at the top of the screen. If you are still experiencing difficulties please contact us.

What if I am already a print magazine subscriber?

Your digital subscription is complimentary! All you need to do is activate your account here using your subscriber ID and your postcode. If your account is already activated, please log in here. If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it here. If you are still experiencing difficulties logging into your account, please contact us.

What if I don’t know my subscriber ID?

That’s okay, just contact us and our subscriptions team will be able to help. Your subscriber ID is also listed on your address sheet delivered with your magazine.

I have entered my postcode to activate my subscription, why isn't it being accepted?

Your account may already be activated. Please try resetting your password here. If you are still experiencing issues, please contact us and our subscriptions team will assist you.

Why am I getting blocked from reading articles on the website?

You can view 3 free articles per month without needing a Cosmos subscription, however, some articles on the website are exclusive to subscribers. You can purchase a subscription here. Or, if you have a Cosmos subscription, please ensure you are logged into your digital account to read unlimited articles. Please login here to access your account. Please contact us if you require assistance.

How do I give a Cosmos subscription as a gift?

If you wish to gift a Cosmos subscription to someone, you can do so easily! Gift subscription options are available here, select the gift you would like and complete the form and payment. Please contact us if you require assistance.

How do I renew my subscription?

If you wish to renew your subscription online with a credit card, please login to your Cosmos digital account here. Once you have logged in, click 'View your subscriptions' at the top of the page. Here you can check the status of your renewal. If you would like to change your status to renew at the end of your subscription, ensure your credit card details are correct and click 'Enable auto-renewal on the subscription'. You can cancel this at any time buy clicking 'Stop renewal on this subscription'. If you need assistance, please contact us and our subscriptions team will be happy to assist with your renewal.

What payment methods are supported?

We accept payment via credit card only online. If you would like to discuss any other method of payment (BPAY, Direct Deposit or cheque), please contact us.

Is my credit card information secure?

Yes, it is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with an AES-256 encryption to meet all PCI-DSS requirements. For further information please view our privacy policy.

Why are my credit card details visible in my account?

We want you to have full control of your account details. The credit card details within your online account offer only a partial view of your credit card numbers to keep your information safe. You can remove these from your account at any time.

Do you use auto-renewal by default?

We don’t use auto-renewal by default but we do allow you to select and deselect the auto-renewal within your online account at any time.

How do I update my details?

You can update your mailing address, email address, phone number and credit card details in your Cosmos digital account. Please login here to access your account. You can also contact us and our subscriptions team will be happy to assist.
